1. Are the bags available in shops where I can check them before I buy?
A few partners are re-selling a limited range of Kivibag products, but we recommend that you simply order the products you like and in case you're not happy with your choice we'll issue a refund (see #4).

We accept Paypal as well as credit & debit cards.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
4. Can I return the order and request a refund?
Yes. We don't think it will ever happen (never happened actually), but in case of any problems or quality issues you can simply send them back to us and we'll of course refund the full price (without shipping costs). Please read our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
